David is a sharp and practical commercial litigator. He brings enthusiasm and a genuine interest to all his instructions, with a focus on delivering guidance, solutions and results. Before joining the independent bar in 2021 he worked at the specialist litigation firm Wilson Harle and prior to that in the dispute resolution team at MinterEllisonRuddWatts. He has a broad practice but a particular interest in contract, defamation, insurance, competition, civil procedure and conflict of laws.
